tinker completes work at natural history museum of denmark

09-07-2023

The Natural History Museum of Denmark, the largest national cultural project of this decade, is set to open its doors in a couple of years. The museum's remarkable underground exhibition building, excavated in the Copenhagen Botanical Gardens, was designed by Lundgaard & Tranberg Architects. The museum has entered the implementation phase, where Event Communications from London supervises the final design and the implementation.

In seven underground galleries, visitors will be immersed in the evolution of nature, starting with the birth of the universe and, for now, concluding in the Anthropocene. From the basics of biology to the urbanized landscapes of Denmark, this exhibition will be a first of its kind, a true Big History project encompassing the history of almost everything.
