I was accepted to the Rietveld Academie on account of my drawings and paintings. But once I had gotten in, I became more and more fascinated with digital media.
I started making experimental films, installations and animations. After my studies, I worked for a couple of years as an editor and animator for an Amsterdam production company. I was involved in various productions, from TV commercials to large museum projections. After my daughters were born, I started my own business and worked freelance for a couple of years. I did a lot of museum work, with some commercial stints in between. Working at Tinker allows me to cooperate with a large group of inspired colleagues on large, international projects, and to turn spatial design and media into a mesmerising whole.
