Infusing enthusiasm into the working atmosphere.

When people feel comfortable in their workplace, they can flourish, in my experience. And so, I make sure that Tinker’s office matters are well organised and that my colleagues can leave these things to me. I unburden them, in a way. As a member of the HR and office staff, I like to play a connecting role. 

I love creating the right atmosphere. It’s my inner drive, both at work and in my private life. This combination of people management and organising makes me right feel at home at Tinker.
