Using visual stories to lure visitors into going on an adventure.
Seducing the visitor to go on an adventure is what it's all about in the end. Appealing to their curiosity by having spatial forms coincide organically with their content. It’s my sacred mission to have the core of a story speak to the visitors. What is it really about? What’s the story we want to tell? With 20 years of experience as a television producer, I have a well-developed feeling for the significance of a good story. By asking the right questions, I determine what the main ingredients are and combine them into an appealing visual concept. Such as an introductory film, interview, or narrative podcast.
Sharing compelling stories with others makes me happy. For me, such stories must have the potential to bring about small changes. Text is the tool I use to get the message across. ‘Less is more’ and ‘kill your darlings’ are two clichés I like to take to heart. Because one thing is for sure: you can make a larger impact by adding less.
