new layers of experience at the european hansemuseum in lübeck

On 27 May, the European Hansemuseum celebrated its 10th anniversary with the festive opening of an enriched visitor journey. To mark the occasion, we were commissioned to create an immersive finale film and subtle experiential additions in key transitional spaces, offering a fresh perspective on Hanseatic history, ten years on.

We are proud that we could contribute to this milestone with a design that bridges past and present through storytelling, highlighting the enduring legacy of the Hanse. Set in a unique location that fuses a historic castle monastery with modern architecture, the museum continues to connect historical trade networks with today’s global themes.
