'beeld en geluid' and tinker cooperate on renewal museum

05-04-2018

Sound and Vision [Beeld en Geluid], the Dutch institute for media culture, is revamping its museum. The new museum will replace the current experience and will be the physical and online place-to-be for everyone interested in media culture. The central narrative within the new museum is that we all have a place in the media. As consumers, as objects and increasingly as participants or makers. The new museum will have visitors experience how this works and how it came about. Tinker will create the integrated spatial, graphical, and media design.

Sound and Vision supplies the content and manages the renewal process with a team of the very best people in the market. Creative strategist Pieter van der Heijden (XPEX) developed the masterplan for Sound and Vision and is overall responsible for the art direction. The tender for multimedia producers, AV specialists and game designers will be published on TenderNed next week.
